Abstract Of An Indenture, being an assignment from Herbert Mackworth of Neath, co. Glam., esq. (son, heir, and administrator of Herbert Mackworth of Neath aforesaid, esq., dec.), and the Hon. Juliana Mackworth (widow and residuary legatee of the said Herbert Mackworth, dec.) to Bernard Brocas of Wokefield, Berkshire, esq., of the residue of a term of 96 years in a piece of land vested in the said Herbert Mackworth, dec., by an indenture dated 3 Nov. 1729 and other indentures, and also a fire policy in the Sun Fire Office, London. The indenture recites that the said Herbert Mackworth, dec., died in Aug. 1765, and, by his will, dated 12 Jan. 1753, appointed his said wife, Juliana Mackworth, residuary legatee and executrix; that the said Juliana renounced the executorship and that administration was therefore granted in Sept. 1765 to his son, the said Herbert Mackworth.
