Brecon, Troed y Rhew Mordd Fach in Aberystruth, co. Mon., Tyn y Gantreff in Bedwellty, which the parties possessed in the proportions of 7/10 to Edward Kendall, 7/16 to Mary Kendall and 2/16 to W.H. Bevan, the total co-partnership stock shown in a schedule of assets at the end of the document. It was agreed that W.H. Bevan should be appointed superintendent manager at a salary of £200 per annum, should have use of a dwelling house at Beaufort, the right of depasturing two cows and two horses, fire and candles for use in his dwelling, be entitled to assistance in the digging of his garden, and be allowed £500 to put the house in repair; none of the partners to dispose of their interests without the consent of the others.
