Lurkers’ Lane: a trust deed by Res ap Mereduth ap Oweyn, 1467, a quitclaim to John Pryse, 1573, and an assignment of mortgage and deeds of sale to Sir Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, 1605-1606. Baker Street: a conveyance by Ho'll ap D'd ap L'ln, steward, and other town officials to Ll'n ap Gr' ap Ho' ap M'red of a burgage which D'd ap M'red Glays gave to the church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1489. Coly Street: a mortgage by John Yollyn, 1491. Pillory Street: a quitclaim to D'd Goch ap Ho'l ap Gruf', 1535. Castle Street: a sale to Richard Phillipps, 1569. Heol y Cleivion: a sale by Richard Phellippes, 1572. Cross Street/Heol y Groes: the sale of Tu yn Heol y Groes to Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, 1635/6, and a feoffment of the same in trust by Sir Richard Pryse, 1653.
