Bargain And Sale of two messuages and lands called Cwmb Nant y Spithaden alias Wayn y Spithaden and Tuy and Tyr Gwyn bach, also formerly part of Cwmb Nant y Spithaden, all of which are situated in Penderin, to be held in three equal parts, but subject to a mortgage of £764.12.2. payable to Rev.
