Worcester, ironmaster, and John Maybery of Brecon ironmaster. Bargain And Sale of two messuages and lands called Cwmb Nant y Spithaden alias Wayn y Spithaden and Tuy and Tyr Gwyn bach, also formerly part of Cwmb Nant y Spithaden, all of which are situated in Penderin, to be held in three equal parts, but subject to a mortgage of £764.12.2. payable to Rev. William Morgan of Brecon, clerk. B)1. Rev. William Morgan of Brecon, brother and heir at law of Edward Morgan, esq., decd.;. 2. John Wilkins and John Maybery. Release of premises called Ty and Tyr Gwyn bach in consideration of £284, one third of which should belong to John Wilkins and the other two thirds to John Maybery, since his father, Thomas, was then deceased; it is also recited that a covenant had been made to release Tyr Nant y Spithadarn and Treepedwren in consideration of £500 but there is a marginal note to the effect that this conveyance was never made.
